This
page i would like to dedicate to my wonderful,
loving and so badly missed, Nordweilers Herman
jr "Dex Skruttgubben Sumo or Otto
Potto"
His father was the famous Flatbakkens Herman
Qvistberg and us who had the oppertunity to know you
for the 13 1/2 year you lived, we will never forget
you!
You had such big personality and so much charm, no
one will ever take your place. You´ll always have a
big place in my heart, and always be missed.
The
day he passed away, a piece of my heart died...
Dex was healthy until the day he got diabetes.
Unfortunately, the diabetes was discovered a bit to
late, so he had gotten weaker in his body. But
i knew him so well, and he had some lifespirits left,
so we treated him for 6 months.
But one day he got worse really quickly, and his
eyes said, " i cant take this any longer"and
i had promised him, that when that day would come,
we would go to the vet right away.
I
cant remember how we got to the vet clinic that
evening ,and when we were waiting to see
the vet, He looked at me with his big brown eyes and
started to lick my hands, he always did that when he
wanted to be loving.
Then the vet came in to give him an injektion so he
would be calm, I sat with my head next to him and we
cuddled until the vet came in to give him the last
sleeping injektion.
And just before she gave him the injektion, he
lifted his big heavy head up and licked away my
tears, and said one last time, "don´t cry mum,
we´ll se each other again" then he closed his
eyes and was taking away from his pain.
He
will always be remembered in our family, and that´s
why the kennel is named after him.
down
here you can se some pictures of him.
